KIOTI Celebrates Success and Growth at North American Dealer Summits

WENDELL, N.C., DEC. 02, 2024 – KIOTI Tractor reflected on this year’s successes and unveiled the company’s vision for the future during its regional Dealer Summits. Held in four cities across North America – Milton, Ontario, Canada (Oct. 29-30); Pittsburgh, Pa. (Nov. 11-12); Raleigh, N.C. (Nov. 14-15); and Dallas, Texas (Nov. 20-21) – the summits provided an opportunity to engage with KIOTI dealers, celebrate shared achievements, and share a commitment to innovation. The summits featured the theme of “Plowing a New Path: Innovation to Drive Success” as KIOTI shared its plans for company investment and product innovation to drive continued growth and success.

Canadian Facility Opening and Tour
The first Dealer Summit in Milton, Ontario, kicked off with a special unveiling of KIOTI’s new Canadian facility. On Oct. 29, dealers toured the new facility, which boasts 260,000 square feet of space, enabling the brand to increase its inventory capacity, streamline logistics, and improve overall operational efficiency. During the tour, attendees saw firsthand how the facility will enhance KIOTI’s support and service capabilities for its Canadian dealers and customers.
Welcome Reception and Dealer Awards
The first night of each event included a welcome reception, with speeches from KIOTI leadership and light refreshments to set the stage for the evening’s activities. Discussion topics included sales and financing and a preview of KIOTI’s new product development pipeline. The highlight of the evening was the dealer awards ceremony, during which KIOTI recognized outstanding dealers from each region.
General Session and Breakout Discussions
The second day focused on empowering dealers with education and support including guest speakers and breakout sessions with KIOTI product experts. In the morning, KIOTI leaders spoke about its plans for future growth and company enhancements to provide even more support to its dealers. Topics included a preview of the forward-looking company vision, a recap of recent infrastructure investments, and a deep dive into market insights and KIOTI’s product roadmap.
Each summit featured keynote speakers. Attendees at the Pittsburgh and Dallas summits heard from former JPMorgan Chase & Co. Chief Economist Dr. Anthony Chan. In Milton, Ontario, Vasanth Ganesan, partner with McKinsey & Company, spoke to attendees, while the audience in Raleigh heard from Otto Gryschek, global director of strategy and operations in McKinsey & Company’s Chemicals & Agriculture Practice.
Attendees then participated in four breakout sessions led by KIOTI product managers and industry partners. The interactive sessions provided an opportunity to gather insights about products and initiatives and share feedback about challenges and questions. In addition to discussions about products and marketing, the company also previewed its app, KIOTI Connect. [RL1] Leveraging cutting-edge telecommunication technology, KIOTI Connect enables users to remotely control and manage their equipment through their smartphones, with features like real-time monitoring, maintenance alerts, AI-based GPT service, and GPS location tracking and safety zone setup. This new technology will be available in select KIOTI tractor models and compact construction in early 2025.
The day culminated with the closing address, sharing a message about excitement about the future and the opportunity for KIOTI and its dealers in ‘Plowing a New Path’ in 2025.
