DAEDONG - USA, INC. OPENED NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS Wendell, North Carolina, 6-28-04 - Daedong - USA, Inc., KIOTI Tractor Division ("KIOTI") announced that they "made it" and have completed the move to their brand new state of the art facility in Wendell, North Carolina. The new facility houses KIOTI s entire wholegoods and parts warehouses, distribution, assembly and corporate office functions, as well as impressive service training facilities.
"Thanks to the tireless efforts of our coworkers who dedicated their holiday and weekends to make the move possible, we are up and running in the new building. Our equipment and parts coordinators are taking calls, we are receiving products and we are shipping orders to our dealers. The move was completed with minimal disruption to operations," said KIOTI Senior Management Team.
The new 191,000 square foot facility is more than twice the size of the Company s previous facility in Wilson and will meet capacity demands for the foreseeable future. Its reserved office space, the modular nature of the building s design and vacant land allows for further expansion should it become necessary.
KIOTI Senior Management Team added, "In just the one month since we started to move into this facility, the consolidation of our people, product lines and administrative functions have lead to significant increases in our overall efficiencies and we fully expect this trend to continue over the next several months."
